Tentahead is a campground planning product. This policy explains the categories of personal data we handle, why we handle it, who may receive it, and how to contact us.

Tentahead collects the trip-planning inputs needed to answer a request, such as travel base, dates, group size, selected park identifiers, and optional campsite preferences. We also receive standard web request logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use this information to search campground data, rank parks, generate planning guidance, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not ask for precise GPS coordinates, payment card data, health information, government IDs, or account passwords through the public planning tools.
Your request data may be processed by Tentahead infrastructure and by the limited third-party data providers needed to answer the request, such as campground inventory sources, weather services, mapping or routing services, and hosting providers. We share only the minimum data required for each task.
Operational logs and cached planning results are retained only as long as needed for reliability, security, and abuse prevention. If you need help with data questions or deletion requests, contact support and include the relevant trip search details so we can locate the request safely.
